Promoting Healthy Living:  
Whether you want to increase your knowledge or refresh your memory, our health promotion programs can help you take better care of yourself and family. Our focus is especially on behaviors that affect long-term health, such as tobacco and alcohol use, physical inactivity, poor nutrition, and lack of or incorrect use of seatbelt and car seats.

Minnesota Department of Health offers a wide variety of healthy living education, including topics:
