Inmate Phone / Voicemail / Text Messaging
Inmate telephone calls are limited to outgoing calls only. You may not place a telephone call to an inmate in the jail. Inmates are charged for all calls, using a telephone calling card, which they are able to purchase through the jail's canteen services. Money may be deposited on an inmate's communications account by accessing www.reliancetelephone.com.
Although inmates may not receive incoming telephone calls, voicemails may be left for individual inmates. To leave a telephone message for an inmate, you may do so by calling (320) 523-9996. Prompts will guide you through leaving a message that an inmate can check later.
Inmate Text Messaging
Inmates are allowed to send a limited number of text messages in order to secure funds for additional text messaging. Money may be deposited on an inmate's text messaging account by accessing www.reliancetelephone.com.
Corrections officers will not deliver phone messages to inmates. Only messages of dire emergency (family death or health emergencies, etc) may be delivered. The proper number to request a dire emergency message delivery is (320) 523-3600.
