Anna Moorse Food Shelf Cookbook
Anna Moorse (far left) created and printed a cookbook called “Cooking with Confidence.”  In the photo she is presenting copies to the food shelf for distribution with their clients.  She also gave out over 100 cookbooks at the Olivia Farmers Market.   This project was for her Girl Scout Gold Award!  Her book addresses food insecurity and food waste while providing easy to prepare recipes.
